1938 Plymouth P-6, 5 Window Coupe hot rod project.
Clean, clear non-op title in my name so NO PROBLEMS with the DMV and no back fees due. Mustang II front end installed with rack and pinion steering with A-arm suspension and disc brakes. Complete tilt steering column. Rear has GM 10 bolt and upgraded to new leaf springs and shackles. US Mags. Ready for your small block Dodge (or Chev if you prefer). No motor, no transmission. Comes with lots of brand new goodies including polished Edelbrock Performer RPM 4 barrel intake manifold for small block Mopar, Auto Meter Gauges, brand new complete wiring harness with fuse block and relays, custom mirrors with built in turn signals, show polished billet pulleys, billet power steering pump, billet brackets, billet radiator overflow, etc. New Moog front end parts, mini hi torque starter, dual master cylinder, power brake booster, 2 pairs of small block Mopar chrome valve covers, Summit Racing distributor, wire looms, gasket sets, seat belts, custom head light rings, etc.
Body is original and mostly sound, all four fenders are good but have some dings and dents, doors are not rusted, very solid and open and close well on good hinges, trunk hinges good too, trunk floor is not bad, passenger compartment floor will need some attention but not full replacement, exterior rocker panels and trunk roll pan will need some attention too and should probably be replaced. Panels are readily available for both of these areas. Side glass and windshield are gone. Rear window still in place. Flat glass kits for this car are available here on eBay. Original split bench seat frame and springs. All headliner bows present. No front or rear bumpers.
If you're up for a cool project that already has a lot of the heavy work done and tons of great parts, this is it. And remember, with most of these vintage projects out there, most have no title, only a bill of sale, which means you can fight with the DMV forever trying get a clean, clear title.
