Description:

Nice 1937 P4 Plymouth coupe. Has older Mohair upholstery that is good for a daily driver. Car has all new brake system by Mopar Direct. This includes master cylinder, 4 wheel cylinder, front and rear wheel and axle seals, springs, complete metal brake lines and flex lines, and brake light switch. Car has been rewired for brake and signal lights. A fuse panel has been added behind the left side kick panel. Power from a 6 volt Optima battery routs through a heavy duty master switch located under the drivers seat for easy out of the way access. Power to the fuse panel is routed through a relay that unloads the old switch. Switch only supplies voltage to the main power relay and the coil. Car has just received a new Felpro copper clad head gasket and thermostat. The front and rear main seals do leak but I do have new ones that can be installed without removing the engine according to the Motors shop manual. Starter and carburetor have been professionally rebuilt. Car starts and runs good. I've installed a new Ploy fuel tank with original send unit, roll over/vent valve, 5/16 stainless steel fuel line, & new fuel pump. I have the original tank and cleaner if you want to use it. New Aluminized exhaust system. The drive shaft has be serviced and new rubber dust covers installed. Car maintains the crank out windshield that is great for summer driving. All new window channel and vent window seals have been installed. All gauges and speedometer/odometer work. Paint on the car is OK for a driver.
Items purchased for the car include: All new weather seals, new running boards (being sold on Ebay now for $825), new water pump, heater hose connector, spare replacement door and window crank handles, new medium duty door latch spring, spare wiper motors, a new thermostat, several headlight bulbs, spare gauge & speedometer cluster (nice), spare light switches, head light lenses, and several other items that go with the car. Close to $3000 in parts. All go with the car. You can call 423-348-6494 for more information or photo request if needed.
I have a clear title and car is tagged and insured in the state of TN. These older Chrysler products were registered by the engine number. Car actually has Serial numbers, body numbers, but no actual Vin numbers. Don't quote me on that.
