Selling my 1966, Plymouth VIP, 4dr Hardtop, 383ci 2v carb, 89, 755 Original Miles- - Read Below-For More Car Information The Plymouth VIP stands for Very Important Plymouth Or some say Very Impressive Plymouth, This has the 383ci-2v carb with 270 Horsepower, This car was made for the business man.On the left and right side front fenders reads, Commando V-8 Which was the trade-name for a variety of V-8s in this era.The standard engine for the VIP was the 318ci with 230 Horsepower, The commando V-8 was the first step-up-option for the 383ci B-series engine 2v carb with 270 Horsepower. Also has the optional 3 Speed Automatic Torque Flite Transmission. All VIP were hardtops and the 4dr models were priced slightly higher.The front has the Split-Grill and Stacked Quad headlights.
