This vehicle may be sold to another buyer prior to placing your winning bid. The successful high bidder must call 505-866-2900 to confirm the availability of the vehicle within 2 days and provide a $1, 000 nonrefundable deposit to secure the vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance within 5 days from the end of the auction. Buyer is responsible for all taxes, fees, registration fees, or other title fees associated with a vehicle purchase. The winning bid amount does not include the dealership's $399 dealer service transfer fee. Out of state buyers are responsible for whatever fees, charges, or inspections that may be required in order to register the vehicle in that state.
Acceptable forms of payment are cash (in person), wire transfer, or approved financing. All financial transactions must be completed and verified prior to the delivery of the vehicle.
