1969 PLYMOUTH 426 HEMI ROAD RUNNER.
Let me start by saying, I do not know very much about Mopars so I will try to describe it the best I can. I took this car on trade. The owner said he bought it in Tennessee. It comes with a clear West Virginia Title. The Road Runner started as a 383 4 speed and the fender tag matches the windshield tag. The 426 Hemi Motor has a 1970 Date Code and I have pictured both the date code and the VIN number which is very hard to read. The casting number on the motor is 2468330-2 RL and the date code is 27.70. The motor runs great with no smoke. We just completely rebuilt the front end and rebuilt all brakes but they do need bleeding again. The odometer shows 10039K. The tag on the dash is RM 23 H 9A 304753 The seats look to be original as do the door panels. The chrome is fair and the paint is OK, not the greatest. It has 2 Edelbrock 4 barrel carburetors. There is a dent in the hood where the air cleaner bolt has hit the underside of the hood when it was slammed hard. This car is a very good driver but it will need a little TLC.
