Selling my 1968 Roadrunner, true RM code car. Originally a 383 car, currently has a built 440 engine, 727 automatic transmission. Mini-tubbed rear (stock sized wheels/tires currently). Motor runs on it's own, needs to be wired in to the main harness to drive. Needs brakes, fuel lines, windshield installed, some other odds and ends. Have most trim. Car is 95% complete. Interior 98% complete and brand new (needs some trim, dash cover). No rust, very straight car. Small amount of bondo on rear fender lips and bottom rockers, not aware of any other bondo. Some paint and chrome chips/nicks, not perfect but very presentable. Brand new Painless wiring harness installed. Subframe connectors welded in. Brand new wheels/tires.
Easy project for someone who wants to spend a couple of weekends on it. A great muscle car, hotrod, or race car project. Most of the work is already done, just do some minor assembly and brakes, and you're on the road. Clear NY transferable registration (no titles in NY for classic cars). I will give the winning bidder a few boxes of trim and parts that I have for the car. Odometer reads 9652 miles, presumably actual miles are 106, 952.
Engine has zero miles on it, only broken in on the engine stand and then installed in the car. Specs:

A $1000 non-refundable deposit is due within 48 hours of the auction end via Paypal (or credit card through Paypal). Balance due within 7 days, before the car is released. Cash, bank check, cashiers check are all fine. No personal or business checks please. As with any car, sold as-is with no warranty expressed or implied. I will hold the car for up to 30 days after the auction for the winning bidder, and will help load it for transport. Arranging and paying for transport is the responsibility of the buyer. After 30 days I will need to relist it, I need the space!
