1969 Plymouth Road Runner
I am RE-LISTING my selling my 1969 Road Runner due to a previous buyer not following thru on the purchase!!!!.
This car is very very solid underneath. As far as sheet metal goes, I see only having to replace the rear quarters, rear close out panel, and the trunk corner panels. I have too many projects and need to thin out my collection.
All indications are, this is an actual 50, 000 mile car with numbers matching engine and transmission.
The paint code 97 97 is a rare color found on this car in 1969, Spring Rallye Green
Black interior with the bench seat. Needs recovered
Dash has one minor crack
The cylinder heads have been rebuilt and were in plastic bags when I purchased the car. minor cleaning to gasket surfaces
What I know that is missing is the drive shaft, trans bell housing, and the rear glass. I do have a friend who has these parts available if interested in buying them separate.
The previous owner fell ill while in the process of restoring the car and put it in his barn for the past several years. (started by changing the factory color under the hood)
I have the original 383 number matching engine and 4spd transmission. The engine will require a complete teardown and rebuild. It was partially disassembled and sat for years w/o any oil.
