For Sale, 1965 Plymouth Sports Satellite. This car has been in Oregon for many years, and is a recent barn find! with Unknown miles. As is, no warranty and is a project. The car has no rust in the trunk, Light rust on the overall floor, an few small holes by the drivers pedal area. There is some rust damage on the roof caused by the vinyl roof leaking. The car has good glass except for the broken windshield. The car does not have taillights, correct bucket seats or a rear seat of any kind. The vehicle does come with, Two 1964 Plymouth bucket seats out of A body, and a re-buildable center console minus its original tachometer. We have many spare parts for the car. Including a new roof if needed, doors, fuel tank, etc. etc. The car does have its original 4 speed and shifter, Bell housing, and driveshaft. The car comes with an 8 3/4 with worn-out sure grip.
This car was built on December 30, 1964. The color was an original Dark Blue Metallic, with a black vinyl top. The trim is a P4X, this deletes the main ugly chrome trim down the side of the car. Car is an original 4 speed 330 hp 383 car. Was built without power steering, and with manual brakes.
The car came with two buckets seats, with the center console with tachometer. The car needs a lot of work, we are currently removing the 1970s style wheel flares, and returning the quarter panels and wheel openings to their original glory.
As we work on the vehicle the buy now price will increase.
Our goal is to return the car to a close to original condition, just adding 15 inch steel wheels, High-performance exhaust, and a beefed-up motor. We are offering this vehicle for sale now, to help get it back to an owner who will cherish and rebuild the car in their own taste. We will add more pictures as the car is being cleaned up.
