This car project was started 1989 to 2007 the guy never got it finished, The guy got sick and Passed away. The Family sold it to the guy that was building the car. I bought it from the Builder. It was setting in the Barn until last week. Put some fresh gas and a battery 2 new tires and it fired right up. I was going to use this car for parts but it is to good to part out. This car has a 318 bored 60 over and stroked to 347 CI. Edelbrock Torker 340 intake , Holley 750 #80779-0089. MSD coil, and electronic ignition. cost for machine work and parts $1, 900.00. Rebuilt 904 Transmission, and a 9.5 Torque Flight SS Converter at $434.00. New floor pans welded in from Year One 185.00 excluding labor. Rear floor pans from Auto Body Specialties for $243.00. Drag slicks from Summit for $392.53. Now the Other Stuff5 MOPAR rally wheels 14X5 Small bolt pattern. 8.75 Rear end with 3:23 Sure Grip casting #2881489. Early 340 cast iron exhaust #2883553 LH, and 2863549 RH( these are very hard to find). After market Disc brakes on the front with Single Piston Calipers. New master cylinder The Radiator looks new old stock# 2582945 and is for a manual Trans but it has the Automatic transmission cooler mounter in the front. New exhaust from front to rear with flow master 2 chamber mufflers. I drove the car about 5 miles and it is very strong, and shifts great the rear is quite. The car has a new headliner , and 4 new black after market door panels in the trunk that were never installed. I don't know the brand but they look good. The edges need glued in a couple spots. The rear shocks are new and of the coil over type. Glass is all good except one cloudy spot on the front corner. The Grill and front end parts are very nice. The rear trunk emblem that says Plymouth and cover the whole length of the trunk is perfect. I have a lower rear quarter cut for the rust hole on the passenger side rear, and it goes with the car, and a steering wheel. The bad !!! Steering coupler has separated and you will need to trailer the car. It needs front shocks and a complete rebuild in the front suspension. The hood has surface rust on about half the hood. The interior needs attention all over. The mileage is 99, 000 the add won't list mileage correctly. I have a video of the car running . You can 931 two one six three seven one nine. Please email any questions and I will respond promptly.***(THIS IS A GEORGIA CAR AND THEY DO NOT ISSUE TITLES FOR CARS THIS OLD!
