This auction is for a 1994 Pontiac Firebird Formula. This car is being sold as a historic vehicle. This car is being sold AS IS with NO WARRANTY. It is an 8 cylinder 5.7 Liter with an automatic rear wheel drive transmission. The actual vehicle mileage is 102357 miles. This is a great looking and running Firebird Formula. Car is not currently Maryland State Safety Inspected. The car shows normal signs of wear for a 21 year old car.(See pictures).

· Vehicle is over 6 model years and/ or 60, 000 miles and we require the buyer to sign a “Waiver of Implied Warranty” being sold as is.
· If sold within the state of Maryland MCSATF must apply for the title and registration at purchaser’s expense (6% of sale, title application, registration and processing fees).
· A Maryland 60 day temporary tag is available at purchasers’ expense.
· Vehicle must be removed from property at purchasers’ expense.

This vehicle is being sold by the Montgomery County Students Automotive Trades Foundation (MCSATF). The MCSATF Inc. is a nonprofit organization established cooperatively by the Montgomery County business and professional community and
Montgomery County Public Schools to provide a unique method of training high school students for skilled positions in the automotive field. The students receive valuable on-the-job training that will prepare them for higher education opportunities or direct entry into the automotive job market.
MCSATF makes no guarantees as to the vehicles overall condition, drivability or safety of operation. We will allow and recommend bidders to inspect and drive this vehicle with an appointment. Contact number is 301-929 2164 Mike or Rick.
Office hours for phone are 7:30 am to 3:45 pm EST Monday through Friday. MCSATF does not offer towing or shipping. The winner will need to arrange and provide pick up and shipping during office hours.
Buyer must contact MCSATF Inc. within 3 days of conclusion of auction to confirm method of payment. Payment to be tendered within 5 days of conclusion of auction. Payment may be made by check, cash or Pay Pal. Vehicle may be picked up after funds clearance by bank, expect 10 business days. Vehicle must be picked up within 5 days after notification of funds clearance. If the purchaser does not remove the property within the specified number of days after date of notification of funds clearance, The MCSATF Inc. reserves the right to retain the purchase price and re-sell the property a second time, keeping any proceeds obtained.
