I've had this incredible driving machine for about 3 years now, and I absolutely love it! Drives like a dream, is very powerful & fast, and turns heads constantly. There are zero problems or defects with this Firebird. Everything works great, including the convertible ragtop mechanism. Very low mileage of only 70, 000. The car hasn't been driven all that much, and has been very well maintained. For being 13 years old, this car is in the condition of only being just a few years old. It's pretty difficult to find these in as good a condition as this one.
During my brief ownership, I have had a lambo-style scissor-door conversion done to it, as you can see in the photos. The doors can open both horizontally (normal style) as well as vertically if you just wanna show off. I'm very tall, so actually the door conversion has been very helpful with getting in & out of the vehicle. There are a few custom chrome Transformers Decepticon 3D decals on the car as well. However, those are removable of course, if you don't prefer them. The leather interior has zero tears or rips. Perfect condition. Carpet has no stains in it other than just normal foot traffic. Gas & brake pedals & chrome dual exhaust tips are custom too. This car has power everything, and everything (and I mean absolutely everything) functions perfectly. The vertical doors are not motorized, in case you were wondering. They lift manually. Chrome rims are in amazing condition as well!
All that being said, I will also let you know that this car is a salvage title from a previous ownership, and not during mine. However, this is not
due to any accidents. If you look at the detailed vehicle report for this car, you will see that fact reflected there. Zero accidents. According to the previous owner and the DMV, the car had been stolen from him, and was missing for 3 months, before being found by the police and reclaimed. But during the time it was missing, the insurance company deemed it a total loss, and the DMV henceforth declared it a salvage, thus earning it that title. Once the car was finally found & returned to its rightful owner, the title was reinstated in his name, but of course retained its salvage status to reflect that it had been stolen and was missing for a time. According to him, it had not really been driven at all while it was missing since the mileage was almost the same as when it was taken. No damage whatsoever.
