Own a piece of American muscle car history! Beautiful Burgandy 1969 GTO Vin Number 242379XXXXXRestored and painted in December 2002. Engine, auto transmission and rear end all rebuilt prior to paint. Have original window sticker and build specs from Pontiac Historical Society.New carpet and headliner, rear seat back and bottom has been recovered.Factory AC converted to R134 works and blows cold.400 cu in (XH block) bored .030 over, comp cam similar to Ram Air III.Has factory 4 wheel drum brakes and power steering, new tires on back and new battery installed summer of 2015Turbo 400 transmission with 2000 stall converter. Rear end 3:23 gears. Have put 10800 miles on car since restoration, approx 1000 miles per year mostly to car shows and occasional weekend driveCar does have minor paint imperfections and does not have the original front seats.
