I have for sale a 1970 Pontiac GTO. This car is a Judge tribute car, very nicely done and very fast.Here is some infoThe motor is Bored 45 over and stroked to 463 CI. 4 Bolt mains. The heads are Kauffman Aluminum heads and flow 360 cfm and they are ported. The intake is aluminum single plane. I do not know the Mfg. The intake is ported as well. The spacer is an unknown mfg., but a good one cost me $150.00. The carb is a Quick Fuel either 850 or 900 CFM I don't remember. The crank is from SCAT. The cam shaft was special ordered and ground to a 610 lift I do not remember the duration, but I think it was 285. We installed the 165 roller rockers. All of the bolts are the best. We did not do anything half way.The pistons and rods are Eagle I believe. Not sure who made the bearings but I know they were the best. We reduced the compression to about 10.3 and could run the car on 93 octane. The motor made between 625 and 640 Horse power.
I wanted the car to be competitive on the track but also street able. On race day added some 112. I also used a product called Boostane. GREAT stuff. The ignition is MSD but I do not know which one I know it is installed the box under the passenger side dash. The car never ran hot even in Florida at a long light would maybe get to 190 - 200. Which is nothing to worry about. The fuel cell is about 12 or so gallons car will get 10 mph if you keep your foo out of it, but what fun is that!!The battery is in the trunk installed with all the proper wiring. The transmission was rebuilt by turbo Transmissions with a 10 inch converter. I do not know the stall. It is a turbo 400 built to withstand 800 plus HP. We installed a Mosser rear end (sp) 4:11 gears. Hooker headers and I think the mufflers are from PYPES. 2 chamber kinda like the flow masters. New shocks all the way round new springs new suspension in the rear with air bags new aluminum drive shaft & Ujoints. New disc brakes in rear and new master cylinder.
This is a beautiful car. I have this car for sale locally also. I reserve the right to end the auction early, if i sell it at home.
