Thanks for looking, this is a solid well optioned car, RARE and appreciating yearly. The car has some cracking in the front bumper, few chips here and there but overall a car you can take to a local show and cruise and enjoy AS IS. Underside shows no signs of any replacement panels on the floors or rockers, frame is rock solid, decent gaps and paint has a nice shine. Interior is nice, some fading on carpet and a tear in headliner about 3 inches, seats are nice, door panels are a little worn on the lower edges, radio works great, all gauges other than fuel work, a/c is not cold. Runs and drives down the road with great power, firm brakes, no smoke, solid shifts and a quiet rear end. I welcome inspections please just do so prior to bidding, SOLD AS-IS. SOLD ON A CONNECTICUT REGISTRATION AND BILL OF SALE, CT IS A NOT TITLE STATE FOR CARS OLDER THAN 16 YEARS.
REQUIRED $500.00 WITHIN 24 HOURS AND FINAL PAYMENT WITH IN 5 DAYS NO EXCEPTIONS OR EXCUSES PLEASE.

On Nov-12-15 at 05:53:13 PST, seller added the following information: Well here you go. read and hear all the good about the car and it's history up until it was rear ended and totaled due to greed and people that don't think outside the box. My guess is this car was brought into a collision shop that just fixes late model cars and they looked at it an said NO Insurance listened and wrote it off. Half the RESTORED CARS on the road are from that. This was a daily driver by an enthusiast that had a bad day and was rear ended and his car taken away from him, had it not been rear ended he would most likely still have the car today.

“A 43 year old car that has been restored, rebuilt, driven and enjoyed. This car was rear ended earlier this year and the insurance company chose to write the car off over a repair. The repair included pulling rear body panels (quarter panels, pulling rear center body panel, straightening trunk lid, replacing rear bumper, taillight, lower bumper valance, and rear crossmember behind bumper Paint work was just rear quarters and truck lid. The scope of the work was no more invasive than a car when a car is restored and has new quarters, rockers, roof skins etc replaced. Car is rock solid underneath and was insured and a claim of $40000.00 was paid to the prior owner. The car is sold on a Connecticut registration document and a bill of sale. Nothing branding rebuilt or salvaged.” |
