I have a 1971 Pontiac lemans sport convertible with GTO trim options. I bought this car in 2007 already restored. It is Lucern blue basecoat/clearcoat. We drive it a lot. the previous owner installed new qtr panels during the restoration. he also said he had the motor and transmission rebuilt. It is the orig motor. never check the transmission. it has power steering and power disc brakes. it is an A/C car but is missing the compressor. The car had just been restored when I bought it. new paint, new top, new interior, etc. I have replace the carpet once again since it started to fad from having the top down. The car is very dependable. we drove it 9 hours to Louisville ky for the street rod nationals a couple of years ago. It has a GTO hood, rear valance, trunk spoiler, and exhaust splitters. the dual exhaust has Flowmaster mufflers and sounds awesome. the ext trim and chrome has most all been rechromed or replaced with new. the wheels have been restored. it has an aftermarket radio. I installed a new radiator and hoses last summer. The mileage is supposed to be original, but the previous owner checked the wrong box on the title application. I consider it to be a driver not a show car. the paint is still nice, but not perfect. It driven regularly. As with all old cars, they are a work in progress. You can reach me at 540-336-3357.
