1977 Pontiac astre
THIS car is FAST.. Not for the beginning driver!
This car was restored to about an 7 1/2 out of 10
It runs and drives great it has a Chevy 383 stroker with a 350 turbo trans built to hold 600hp
It also has a 3000 stall converter to build the power off the line! Built for the street or strip (needs sticky tires)..
The body was stripped down and etch primered the painted with a 2 stage white paint!
It has a new set of American racing wheels with new tires.
It has all new brakes front(disc off a s-10) and rear( manual) it has 5 lugs front and rear for the strength you need plus easier to get wheels.
The interior has a set of seats from summit buckets with head rest's. The rear needs re covered if you want it? the interior panels need re sprayed black or covered with a material!
The shifter is a quick silver but the cover was lost.. I was planning on doing a custom console and cover!
New carpet was installed, i ordered new floor mats for the car and they will be installed..

| “This car is a very nice driver and gets lots of attention at car shows. It needs some interior panels that couldn't be saved they were dry rotted. Car has no radio at this time..The headliner and viser's are missing also But can be found easily(i may have some visors)overall the car drives very nice, paint has a few chips, engine(383 stoker Chevy)/trans(350 turbo 3k stall)/rear end(10 bolt s-10 w/ posi, gears and axles) all rebuilt. All glass is nice(one small chip at top left of wind shield not really noticeable! Also has new rims and tires very few miles on the whole car since restoration..Front seats are new I have the rear seat but it hasn't been recovered. any questions call me 520-490-9097 I am selling for a friend so some questions may take a while to answer but I will get it answered asap” |
