1962 PONTIAC TEMPEST LEMANS CONVERTABLE. NEEDS COMPLETE RESTORATION. HAS NOT BEEN ON THE ROAD SINCE 1979. HAS BEEN IN STORAGE OVER THE 25+ YEARS THAT I HAVE OWNED IT. TIME TO PASS IT TO SOMEONE ELSE. | “up for sale is a 1962 Pontiac tempest lemans convertible that I bought over 25 years ago as a project.the engine is a 195cu inch 4 cyl. that is 1/2 of a 389 v8. the engine is disassembled and the head was rebuilt about 25 years ago. the transmission is automatic, lever is on the dash . all the side windows are good except right wing vent is cracked and the windshield is cracked also. this is a barn find as it has been there over 25 years. I also have a clear Missouri title in my name for the convertible. I have a 1961 Pontiac tempest 4dr parts car with a good windshield the motor has #1 rod thru the side of the block and still bolted in place this will be included for parts but no title for the parts car. please look at pictures this car has not been driven since 1979 and needs complete restoration but is a very good start for a very hard to find car. thanks for looking.” |
