Beautiful Solar Gold 1978 Trans Am for sale. Original numbers matching 6.6L 400 auto. Last year of that combination in the T/A's. Extremely clean and solid body, frame, and undercarriage. Rare color combo. This car drives, handles, shifts and stops excellent. Transmission recently serviced with shift kit. Mechanically extremely sound. Still has the factory exhaust on it. Has new 245/60/15 tires on it's original Rally II wheels, new brakes with calipers and lines. All new gorgeous interior including the seats, dash, door panels, carpet and headliner. The interior is near perfect. Has power windows and A/C with new compressor. Original AM/FM radio. The body has had one repaint of same color 8 yrs. ago. There is no rust on the car or underneath. The trunk is also nicely finished. THIS CAR HAS THE ORIGINAL BUILD SHEET, original owners manual with the original warranty card from the dealer signed and filled out by the original owner. I am the 3rd owner. I also have a set of snowflake rims with new tires on them that could go with the car. A very nice car to drive and enjoy.
