I've owned this car for the past 2 years. I'm running out of room to store cars in the winter so this one has to go. This Trans Am has 66, 100 original miles and was well taken car of. I have all of the service records since the car was brand new. The two previous owners kept impeccable service records. The car comes with the original window sticker (see photo in this listing) as well as the original manual and literature that accompanied the car at purchase. This car has been adult owned and driven all of its life. It has been stored every winter since it was new. There is not a single spec of rust anywhere on this car. The frame is straight and I cannot find any signs of body work being done. All of the lighting, switches and accessories work properly. The am/fm stereo with cassette works perfectly as well as the power antenna. The dash is in excellent condition with no cracks. There is a spot on the dash where a previous owner mounted a device like a GPS and left the sticky pad remains. I'm not sure how to remove this and I didn't want to chance damaging the dash, so I left it (see photo). All of the gauges are fully functional and the gauge plastics are in excellent condition.
The exterior is in near perfect condition. There is a small paint chip in the plastic of the nose in the front (see photo). This car does need some cosmetic work on the interior. The two front seats have separation in the fabrics down the centers (I describe them as separations because I don't believe they are from wear, just from age and the quality of the original materials). The back seats have seam separations on the tops of the seats only (see photos), this is most likely from the sun over the years. My plan was to reupholster the seats at some point. The interior plastics are all in tact but have places with discoloration from the years. The carpet is intact and not torn, but shows wear from the years as well (see photos). The drivers leg rest needs to be recovered (see photo).
The car passes black smoke for the first 5 seconds on start up. This car starts, runs and drives excellent. There are no shakes nor strange noises. See video in this listing.
