Up for sale one of about 6300 automatic anniversary cars. Pontiac made 100000 Trans am models for 1979. only 9% were anniversary cars. They were very limited and the most expensive models for the 1979 model year. This car is a very clean seemingly solid car only light surface rust in small areas. I haven't located any rust out holes anywhere. the cars previous owner damaged the side of the car , afterwards he parked the vehicle. After one other owner I purchased the car where it has sat under cover since 1998. The car runs and has a very strong and solid motor. it also will drive and go into gear. But since it has sat for so many years and the front brakes are leaking fluid it will need to be towed. I have found a lf fender that I will sell with the car. car seems to be complete, original and numbers matching. I don't think it has ever had a repaint and the rest of the car is very very straight. I am moving and cant take my projects with me. Also I have set a very low reserve. Good luck!
