Description:
1979 Pontiac Trans Am with a rebuilt Pontiac 400 engine and a rebuilt 350 trans with shift kit. The body is incredibly straight with no putty or filler, floors are perfect with no rust, trunk and frame rails are perfect. This was a southern car with only 85k original miles. The paint looks fine but it does have clearcoat peeling in a few spots and will eventually need a paint job. The car has new tires, new full flowmaster 2 1/2 exhaust, new brakes, new 4 core radiator with new high flow water pump. Engine has edelbrock intake and carb. Interior is in great shape with a perfect dash(no cracks), perfect headliner nice leather seats in great shape(drivers seat has a split on the lower seat portion in the seam), has new carpet. Car drives nice and straight with good power. Has tilt steering wheel and power windows(passengers window not working), all lights and turn signals work, orinally an a/c car but compressor now missing, interior fan motor not working(havn't looked at it-could be a fuse)
Has rust on lower read of drivers door and on panel just behind it, repairable with no panels needing replacement. Has some paint chipping under rear trunk lid with surface rust.
