This 1963 356 B super 90 Cabriolet comes with a certificate of authenticity from the Porsche factory. This car was originally fitted with motor number 807087 616/7 and was refitted at the factory with motor #KD 807011 616/7 on 9/27/65. This motor is Listed on the certificate of authenticity it is still in the car. Car has been recently repainted and reupholstered by local Porsche restorations in its original color combination of slate gray and black the seats are done in vinyl versus the original leather. This is an original black license plate California car which leads us to believe it was originally registered in California from new. The car currently mileage shows 73, 000+ miles. She had an engine rebuild at 67, 000 miles the carburetors were replaced with Weber’s 69, 000 miles the engine was maintained by Harry Maestro's Palace in San Jose California. The transmission was rebuilt at 69, 500 miles shifts perfectly. Car is fitted with Mitchelin XZX tires. It has a European heater which means air separation from exhaust. A new clutch, starter, and engine mounts were installed 67, 500 miles. It has a rare desirable indoor outdoor temperature gauge this was used to check for Autobahn icing. The speedometer and gauges rebuild it 68, 300 miles in 1997. The convertible top headliner replaced in 1996 but has not seen day light much in the past few years. The correct Blaupunkt AM/FM shortwave radio. The gas tank was realigned in 1999 car comes with factory luggage rack.
