This is a magnificent 911E that runs and drives incredibly well. The paint and detailing is magnificent but the restorer wisely decided to retain the original interior. The interior isn't perfect but considering that its 45 years old, it tells a story of how well the car was cared for. All of the door and hood gaps suggest that the car has never been crashed and the front suspension pan appears to be original. For some reason, someone drilled a bunch of 8-10mm holes in the susp pan, I don't understand why. I have an Italian Certificate of Authenticity showing that the car is matching numbers but I have applied for a new one from PCNA. 911E's are rare and this car has all the original goodies like MFI, correct ignition box, great bright work, glass, lenses and spectacular wheels. Except for the carpets and front compartment felt, the interior is original. The dash has one small crack in the thin part near the defrost outlet. It has an original type radio installed. I wanted to lower the car but after checking the specs, it is at the Euro ride height. I have been driving the car a lot this summer, always starts, doesn't smoke or leak, perf brakes, susp, steering. Please let me know if you want help scheduling a PPI or need more detailed photos.
