Exterior:
This car had a steel widebody kit professionally installed in California and brought to Hawaii. The paint still shines and the whole under body and the pick up points including the torsions, A arms, Pan and battery box are very solid. It has steel fenders. box rockers, front valence are fiberglass. Hinges are all solid, doors and gaps seem to be straight.
Interior:
This car has a great condition interior for its age as you can see in the pictures. It has Power windows and Rare power sunroof. no cracks on dash, nice gauges, Blaupunkt stereo, hi-def speakers, leather Fitipaldi steering wheel, the glass is in very good shape and rubber surroundings are like new. Sunroof seals are very solid.
Powertrain/Suspension/Wheels:
This car has a period correct '70 2.2L motor and 901 manual trans but has been sitting. Carbs need to be rebuilt but the motor turns freely. The car has bilsteins and the wheels that come with the car are 7's and 9's.(not 11 inch wheels as seen in some pictures) The car is not running and will need to be towed.
Overall:
great potential project car with lots of receipts of work done to it. Get your chance at an early 911 before they jump higher into the collector car realm.
