This is a very rare European 1974 911S Targa. Only 266 were ever made! This is #54 off assembly line and there are very few still on the road today. A 1983 3.0 engine was installed that has 130, 000 miles on it. Has new clutch, resurfaced flywheel, rebuilt transmission, re-built brakes and speed shifter installed. It has all original interior/exterior, except the drivers seat has been replaced by a racing style seat. Interior needs some reconditioning of the dashboard and carpeting inside on the driver side and passenger side flooring needs replaced. Also carpeting on inside of trunk needs installed. Side mirrors need installed, as well as rear view mirror. Corrosion on battery plate and a little rust around hood latch. The Targa top is in good shape, as is the body in great shape. It was originally Grand Prix white but was primed last year to prepare for a re-paint that has not been completed. THIS BODY IS NOT FULL OF PUTTY>>> There was minimal rust around front windshield that I had fixed. That is all the rust that was on body. Has been stored inside a garage after being tuned up by a Porsche mechanic. Engine in great running condition. Pan and wheels in excellent condition. Tires in great shape. Odometer stopped working at 113, 802 when new engine was installed two years ago. Has been garage kept since with minimal mileage since new engine. No mechanical problems. Targa top front latch arm needs replaced but is completely functional. Also the Targa top seals needs replaced. Missing spare tire. I am the second owner. Shipping is buyers responsibility, as is preparing the car for transport.
