. This supercar is in great shape esthetically and mechanically. It was fully serviced by some of the most renowned Porsche mechanics in Texas at Mayo Performance. 4 brand new Bridgestone Potenza Tires (over $1k). Absolute preemptive maintenance tune-up done on this vehicle owned by a German foreigner: Water Pump; Thermostat; auxiliary belts; six new coil packs; spark plugs; both O2 sensors; Fuel filter; air filter; Transmission filter and fluid replacement; rear brakes; oil filter & oil change, front upper control arms, strut mounts, sway bar links, ac fully serviced, coolant flush and replacement, etc... 4 high end Niche brand 19 alloy wheels ($1200) with Porsche center caps previously installed on the car (gives the car a 997tt wheel look). This 415 hp stock and mechanically unaltered vehicle should run very strong for years to come. Please note that this Porsche was issued a salvage title due to a very slight cosmetic incident to the front left side of the car. The previous super wealthy owner (who had 2 other turbocharged Porsches, a convertible 996tt and a 997tt coupe) had a comprehensive insurance coverage with a predetermined $5k damage limit policy. Considering that the single left side headlight replacement costs over $3k on this exotic vehicle, the owner had the market value of the car paid to him in full by the insurance company. Absolutely no structural or mechanical damage was done to the car.
It truly breaks my heart to sell this gorgeous dream car which sold new in 2003 for $125k (incl. taxes). I was planning to keep it for many years but I have been notified of an imminent job transfer abroad. Simply cannot leave the Porsche sitting here in the States for months at a time without being driven. Asking only $33, 900 for a Porsche that just had $7k worth of long term professional maintenance work done on it (original invoices at hand). Be aware that it is very rare to see Porsches with such low mileage to have this kind of extensive tune-up performed on them, due to the fact that the 996tt engine is known to be extremely solid and durable (contrary to the non turbo 996 version engines) and usually good for at least 200k miles before any rebuilt work is necessary.
