Up for sale is my 1987 Porsche 944. I have owned this vehicle for over 23 years, and it is time for it to move on to a new home! I have always kept this car garaged throughout the years and has never been driven in the snow or rain. The car is mechanically sound and ready to be driven around this summer. I have had two different mechanics work on it over the last 20+ years and have records only from the second mechanic -- so I have about 8 or so years worth of receipts for regular maintenance and any other work on the vehicle. I love this car a lot, but it has gotten to the point where I simply don’t have the time or space to enjoy it.

This beautiful car has had a gentle 97k miles put on it over the last 28 years. Everything in the car works including the moon roof. I have had a couple problems operating the passenger window regulator switch, but this may just be a connection issue. The interior is a black stitched leather. The external color is yellow. This is not the original color, but was professionally painted about 5 years ago. As you will tell from the photos, this was a good job, and all seams, door jams, and engine bay parts were painted as well. The exterior does have a few spots that are not perfect due to normal wear and tear., for instance, the clear coat on the moon roof has started to come off a small bit. Also, there is a small spot down under the driver’s side fender that has chipped off. There is no rust or anything, but the paint has come off. Additionally, there is a little bit of ware on the leather internally -- there is a small hole in the armrest and also the passenger seat is pulling a bit at the seam (An upholsterer would be able to tighten this). The hood is an aftermarket hood that will come with the car. It has slotted vents in it (see picture of engine bay). The car will come with the wheels that are seen in the picture, however, I do have a set of chrome Porsche Twists that I am willing to also part with if the buyer is willing to pay for them.
The car is available for pickup only. I will not be shipping the car myself to any buyer. If you so desire to have it shipped, that will have to be your responsibility. If the buyer wishes to have a mechanic look over the vehicle, that is also fine. The car will come with the last 8+ years of receipts also.
