1987 Porsche 951 (944 turbo) with 53k original miles. This was a barn find that I got because it had been sitting in the back of a guys barn for years. The reason it was there was that it had the timing belt broke, that's what I assume, and they never fixed it. I got it, bought a head and did everything to it. Flushed every fluid including the brakes/clutch, etc and replaced all the seals on the motor that could go. I made sure the pistons were perfect along with the walls of the block before I put it back together . It drives down the road like your back in the 80's, all you need is a flock of seagulls CD blasting on the stereo, LOL! I also converted it to R134a and the climate system blows cold. Oh, it has a LSD and leather and I'm not sure but I thought those were the only two real options you could order with everything else generally standard. The interior is wonderful and exterior is very good on it's original paint. There are dings around it mainly from being in a shop most of it's life but I won't touch it because it's original paint and you only get that once. Now I would prefer for you to take a look at it before you bid because I want you to know exactly what you are buying so you have no surprises that you forgot to ask about. I have more photos so please ask and I'll give you a call to go over every bit of the car before you bid. If you are looking for a garage queen, I've seen a couple for 17k, go buy them you'll probably be happier. If you're looking for a time capsule 951 that you can drive and enjoy (the lsd will make sure of that) then here you go. To answer the question why I'm selling it, I have a 88 944 turbo S and I'm keeping that bad johnny, LOL!!!!
ATTENTION : New Hampshire is a bill of sale state on any car over 15 years old. You will get a bill of sale and registration as a title so make sure it's ok with your state. I sold my corrado to someone in Maryland and it was no problem but you must make sure for your state!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
