Plain and simply said, an incredibly well kept Porsche 968!I am happy and proud to give this car to a new owner as it has treated me so well and caused only smiles. We have had zero issues while owning this car and hope and feel confident that any new owner would feel the same for many years to come. The car is fixed with a 6 speed manual transmission that has a new clutch (receipts to show) and a new top from a few years ago. The top is powered by two working Porsche motors and functions perfectly. The interior has had the seats redone and they're immaculate with no rips stains or tears. The carpet is original and still in great condition. Like any older car, there are minor wear points around but they are as subtle as a dry leaf found under your seat. The exhaust sounds nice, the car drives and shifts extremely smooth and with new tires and brakes, its ready for the long haul!
The engine bay is strong and cleaned almost once a week. Oil does not leak from anywhere or burn through use. The previous owner had professionally installed a ECU chip to get a few extra horsepower. The original ECU, which works perfectly as I am told, is safely stored in a climate controlled box in the trunk. The Porsche does come with a beautiful cover for the convertible top that buttons around the side. (one button is missing but doe snot affect its use)
A new owner would be receiving a fully functional, power top, power windows, power seat, stereo/cd/blue tooth equipped, 6 speed manual, everything works Porsche 968. There is only room for more enjoyment in this car.
I am ONLY selling, I repeat, ONLY selling because I am relocating to France in two weeks. If you bid you must PLEASE make full payment before I leave and arrange pick up or shipping as I will not have anyone here to help me with this when I am gone. There is a 14 day period from three days from now. Today is 10/21/2015. I am starting the bid at $8, 000 for serious bidders. I will not start it at .99 cents for look-e-loos and low ballers. I know this is will be an easy auction for those who are easy.
