I started restoring this 1963 Renault Caravelle hard top only convertible and in that time I had the brakes redone, all rust repaired and the body painted metallic black along with lots of parts powder coated. Most all body rubber moldings have been replaced with NOS rubber from France. Hard top only needs the rear window installed and headliner. The electrical needs some work but it all is there and the wires are in great shape. About 2 years ago I was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and had surgery and I don't have the energy or the interest to finish the restoration. The front and rear bumpers have been re-chromed, all interior door hardware re-chromed, rebuilt door panels and kick panels, very hard to find NOS sun visors, original seats, rear bench, read side panels, 5 rims powder coated with new tires, many new NOS parts from Europe and boxes of other parts that will go with the car. I have two extra doors, hard top, rear glass and other various parts. The car was running and driving until I replaced the water pump and while removing a bolt the head broke off and now leaks, easy fix. I have a thousand of photos of the restoration from day one to today that will also go with the car on memory stick along with full down loaded repair manual . I have a clear AZ title and a binder of parts that were purchased and receipts for work done that will also go with the car.
