I built this roadster from an FFR kit in 2002 and drove it 12K miles until about 4 yrs ago when I stored it in a hanger. Its been started and driven once a month since then. Its well sorted, but I'm getting a little old for it. The FFR kit is well known and the best of the kit replicas. This one was built from a '89 Fox body on a tube frame very similar , but stronger than the original. from front to rear it has chrome quick jacks, a US radiator double row with custom filler, thermostatic electric fan and shroud. Maserati air horns make your presence known as do the aluminized side pipes and tube headers. The injected 302 ford small block has Twisted Wedge aluminum heads to take the load off the Flaming River 18:1 rack with offset bushings and collapsible steering shaft. Gas shocks all around. B303 cam, roller rockers, high flow oil pump, MSD ignition and heavy duty shaft Cobra logo aluminum valve covers, Explorer manifold with isolator. Remote oil filter and K&N air filter and intake. Newer water pump and clutch/throwout bearing geared hi-torque starter. Fuel pressure gauge, 24 lb injectors and MAF, Ford Cobra ECU. Dual Catalysts and O2 sensors. Battery has been moved forward for better balance and has a disconnect. Heater with fan concealed behind dash. Autometer main gauges (speedo is OE reverse rotation style). Rear suspension is 3 link with Panhard rod, you can have the original 5 link if u want it, but it rode very hard. New 3.55 rear end with limited slip. Rear disk brake conversion. Hi pressure spare mounted in the Aluminum trunk along with an impact switch to cut off the 190l/hr fuel pump, trunk lid has double gas shock conversion. Carbon fiber rock guards Chrome 3 point roll bar, 4 point Simpson harnesses. Fitted cotton car cover and fabric tonneau cover goes with car which has too much chrome and aluminum jewelry to list..
