You will find this to be a great example of a Silver Cloud, The V8 gives these cars the power they had been needing for a few years, and the smoothness is very impressive for a 54 year old cruiser. This left hand drive example is finished in pewter over black with a subtle red pinstripe that matches the red leather interior. This car is very drivable and runs out rather well with a four-speed automatic transmission behind a dual-carburetted 6.2 litre engine. She is fitted with power windows, power assisted brakes and steering, and a factory rear-mounted air conditioning system (that requires recharging every year). The only aftermarket item on the car are seat belts mounted in front and rear seating positions. Servicing is up-to-date and the radial tires have very little wear. The Engine starts directly, and uses no oil or shows any signs of smoking; the trans shifts firmly at the correct shift points. The chassis is squeak and rattle free, handles well, and drives straight; actually quite easy and enjoyable to drive about. The interior is in great condition, with that wonderful aroma of english leather! The wood panels are in fine condition and quite glossy still. The paint is overall very nice, with minimal scratching; a few small spots may need attention if you want perfection.
