• Always garaged, this gorgeous car is ready for its next lucky owner. Originally purchased by Walter Matthau for his wife, the car presents extremely well in Champagne over Masons black sides. Never abused or damaged, the paint is in extremely nice condition with a beautiful shine with very few flaws. The car is very reliable and starts every time. You cannot feel the car idling. Air-conditioning blows very cold. A couple of minor issues I can mention is that the clock works intermittently, and the electric for the antenna wants to go up as the motor turns. The leather is in very nice original condition with patina. .the driver seat being reupholstered in leather sometime later. Still had that Rolls Royce smell. Portions of the wood will need to be re-varnished. The wood strip against the windshield is in beautiful condition. . Attesting to the car being garage kept. Car also retains its original foot rests for the rear passengers, as well as the majority of its original tools. Carpet overlays also present. The new owner will certainly not be disappointed. I have a box of many records going back to the 1980s, as well as other documentation, original brochure and owners manual and books for the car.
