ALL SALES ARE FINAL and the winner of the auction is required by eBay to pay in full by placing his bid. We require payment within 3 business days and vehicle to be picked up in timely manner. Buyer is required to contact us within first 24 hours and leave us his name and contact information.
All the non-pay bidders will be reported to eBay and unpaid item record posted. We have to follow eBay policies and do what we're required to do. So PLEASE make sure you have read and understood our terms and conditions BEFORE you place your bid. If you win the auction, it means the item is yours and you have to pay for it.
All vehicles have to be picked up by the winners or a qualified shipper by their choice. Licenced Carriers are generally insured for $3, 000, 000.00. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our lot. We are not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the shipper, not with us.
All vehicles are described as accurately as possible, but please remember that we are human and make mistakes. Please call us should you have any questions about the vehicle (options, keys, owners manuals, etc.. )
Please note that 509 Auto Dealer LLC sells pre-owned vehicles. Please expect each vehicle's condition to correspond to its year and/or mileage. Please do not assume that any terms such as mint, great, excellent, etc.. are terms that are used to imply that a vehicle is new or like new. Further, do not assume that all maintenance has been performed, or that items of normal wear and tear have been replaced and/or reconditioned unless explicitly specified.
Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the
vehicle will be registered. There is a $150 Documentation fee that is to be added to the ending sale price of the vehicle. Original title and or paper work will be mailed out directly to the winning buyers choice of Department of motor vehicles.
At time of sending initial deposit, Buyer MUST email copy of their State issued valid Driver License and physical and/or mailing address for paperwork reasons . Furthermore, before said vehicle is released for shipment to Buyer, all other Sale related and title related paperwork must be signed and returned complete to Seller.
