All vehicles are sold AS IS and any guarantees or warranties expressed or implied are invalid through an auction purchase.
All winning bidders must make a $500 deposit towards the vehicle within 24 hours of the end of auction via Paypal.
Any vehicle that is won must be picked up or scheduled for transport within 7 days from the end of the auction.
Any bidder who does not either pick up their vehicle or report proof of scheduled transport in the allotted time window will forfeit their deposit and rights to the vehicle.
Any buyer who does not complete the transaction in it’s entirety will forfeit the deposit and rights to the vehicle.
There is a $175 processing fee for all transactions.
