Clean 2000 SAAB 9-5 Aero for sale. Over $4000 spent on recent (all done in last 2000 miles) maintenance. Was planning to keep the car long term, but I was just offered a company car, so now plans have changed. Car is in great shape for the year and mileage. Looks very sharp & drives really nicely - particularily on the highway. This thing eats up the miles! Hasn't burned a drop of oil. Clean carfax (can provide to serious buyer). Fully loaded for 2000- heated and cooled seats, Harmann Kardon stereo (great sound), OEM roof rack with kayak and bike attachments. Sitting on new (<1500 miles) Kumho Ecsta SP summer tires- This is a new model that they just came out with in March- I'm very impressed with them. Quiet on the highway, but excellent grip in dry or wet. No dogleg rust that is so typical of 9-5's here in the northeast- That's why I bought this car- solid platform that I knew I could drive for a long time. All the others I looked at had rotted out doglegs. I have nearly $7000 into this car + lots of my own personal time. This car has all the maintenance done to it that you're going to have to do anyway on any 9-5 out there that you buy. Again- clean car and ready to go to the right buyer. I'm fastidious with my cars and can't stand when anything isn't functioning perfectly, so you can see why I just put all of the money into this car. See picture for detail of all recent maintenance done. PO also previously did the clutch (around 120k), cv joints, axles, brakes (drilled and slotted rotors). To me, these early 9-5 Aeros are special because they epitomize SAABness. From the three spoke wheels to the traditional SAAB flying wing grill, they are plain old COOL and I'm honestly sad to see it go!
