We reserve the right to end this listing at anytime should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. The following terms of sale apply to all of our listings.
This vehicle is being sold as is, where is with no warranty, expressed written or implied. The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith.
No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgement solely.
The seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this vehicle at the buyer's request prior to the close of sale. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral ot written statements about the vehicle.
Fee and Tax Information
The winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours and send out a deposit of $500.00 non refundable within 24 hours. The car must be paid in full Prior To delivery. We would like a copy of any cashier check you may be using faxed to us before the delivery date. Sold vehicles will be stored for no longer than 7 days at no charge. A storage charge will incur after 7 days at the rate of $25/day. Please make prior arrangements with selling dealer to avoid storage charges at time of sale .
You may pay the purchase price with cash in person, with a cashiers or
certified check (will be required to clear before vehicle is shipped) or bank-to-bank wire transfer. These forms are acceptable
for the deposit as well, and
we will accept Paypal for the deposit only
. If
you are the winner, a
$500 deposit within 24 hours of the end of the auction
is sufficient to hold the car until the remainder can be sent or car is
picked up.
Final payment is expected within three (3) days thereafter.
Important tax info:
If you are a Florida resident, you will be required to pay Florida's 6%
sales tax and registration fees including a $50 dmv courier fee. If you are not a Florida resident, and you are are driving the vehicle away from our lot, you will be required to pay your state's sales tax up to 6%. If your state's sales tax is more than 6%, you will be required to pay the difference in your home state. If your state has no sales tax on motor vehicles, we will not charge you any sales tax. There will be a $99 fee for a 30 day temp tag for your trip home. If you have the vehicle shipped, we will not charge you any sales tax (however, you will have to pay your state's tax at home).
Regarding the Buy It Now option:
If this vehicle has a Buy It Now option, you must leave a Paypal deposit
if you click the Buy It Now. If you wish to purchase the vehicle with a Buy It Now, and do not have a PayPal account, please call so that we can disable this feature.
We recommend that you do not send payment via regular mail or priority mail.
We have experienced lost checks several times. We recommend that if you are sending payment, that you use registered, return receipt mail or FedEx. This is for you protection, as well as ours.
PLEASE ONLY BID OR BUY IT NOW WHAT YOU ARE WILLING TO PAY. IF THE RESERVE IS NOT MET, WE MAY CONTACT THE HIGH BIDDER OR THE BEST OFFER TO OFFER THE SECOND CHANCE OPTION.

If you are picking the car up from us this is what you will pay:
