Saturn SL2 Mechanic Special - Transmission will not go into 3rd

This Auction is for my 2002 Saturn SL2 Sedan.
As you can see from the pictures, the car is in good condition and has the following features:

Power windows, Power Locks, Power Mirrors, Remote Trunk Release, all working fine.

AC Blows Nice and Cold
AM/FM Radio CD Player
Starts up first time and runs smoothly
Mechanically sound other than the transmission (see below)
Interior is in good shape, no rips in the seats or carpets
Economical to run
Exterior is in good condition too, minor scuffs to front fender and wheel covers, too small to see on pictures
I have the clear title in hand as well as both sets of keys and remotes and the original manual
Being sold as a no reserve auction, the starting price is the $150 a scrap dealer will pay me for the car plus the $60 eBay fee for a successful motor sale.

The Bad:
The transmission will not go into 3rd gear - the car can be driven fine as it sets off in 1st, changes nicely to 2nd then at 35mph drops directly into 4th.
The hinge on the center console arm rest is broken but expertly repaired by me with a hand crafted piece of color matched duck tape

You are bidding to buy, not to come and have a look - if you want to inspect the car, please contact me via eBay BEFORE you bid and come over and see it, I will be available every evening during the auction and all day on weekends
The winning bidder must pay a deposit of $50 via PayPal within 24 hours (or pay in full and collect the car in that time)
Full payment must be made within 1 week of the end of the auction and the car picked up
Payment of the remaining balance can be via PayPal in advance or cash on collection (NO CHECKS, BANK DRAFTS, MONOPOLY MONEY OR GOATS FOR BARTER WILL BE ACCEPTED)
I do not wish to sell the car in pieces, the sale is for the complete vehicle, I am not a scrap yard

I reserve the right to end the auction early as the car is advertised elsewhere
