In the recent southeast Texas floods, a majority of the damaged vehicles were given a blanket Texas NR Title, to get these vehicles in public hands required time consuming paperwork which the State decided not to do. This car, unrightfully so, was given an NR Title. There is nothing wrong with the Sky, all I did was charge the battery, it started and I drove it home. The BCM, was never wet, see the pic. People familiar with the car know where the BCM is mounted. I bought it at the Houston auction on 4 august 2016. I didn't want it sold and shipped overseas, it belongs here in the States on a track. The Sky is solid, doesn't appear to have been wrecked. The clear coat has suffered from the Texas sun, front left fender has a small crease and just behind the drivers door are a group of small dents. It needs tires. Rear glass is separating from the top. I could find nothing major wrong with the Sky, recent service records are in the car. Everything works. I would keep it but I own an 09 Redline and would like to keep my wife. I put it up for auction, the Sky is looking for a new home it does not merit it's Title.
