Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE unless the vehicle has been misrepresented or if the vehicle fails a professional on-site inspection. Deposits on vehicles not purchased are applied towards the significant costs of paperwork and title production, vehicle relisting fees, and lost dealership productivity.
Balance due within 7 days of auction end payment made by Cash, Certified Bank Check or Bank Wire Transfer.
All sales are subject to a flat $135.00 Document Fee & $51.00 Title Fee.
Any other additional Motor Vehicle fees will be quoted based on type of delivery to the winning bidder. (in or out of state customer picking up at dealership, customer shipping, etc)
Pennsylvania residents pay 6% sales tax, Philadelphia, PA residents pay 8% Sales Tax as well as registration / inspection fees. Out-of-state buyers may register and pay applicable taxes in their home state.
The buyer is responsible for ALL SHIPPING COSTS.
These are Pre-Owned vehicles and they are sold as ‘As Is’ condition. However, some vehicles may still be in factory warranty or an extended warranty may be purchased. Vehicles 6 years old and newer with less than 75, 000 miles may qualify for our Certified Pre-Owned Limited Warranty. Ask for details. Vehicles that are older than 10 years and/or have more than 100, 000 miles will be sold as miles exempt.
All obligations pursuant to this contract shall be performed in Phoenixville Pennsylvania. All obligations of Purchaser to pay for the vehicle shall be payable in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania.
It is agreed by all parties in relation to any transaction involving this vehicle that the proper venue for any legal proceedings and arbitration shall be Phoenixville, Pennsylvania.
