Condition
The car is in excellent condition with the oil changed twice as often as the manufacturer recommends. Top of the rear bumper has a small paint chip where luggage was loaded out of the trunk carelessly (pictured). There may be a parking lot door ding or two barely perceptible in the reflection, but nothing leaving paint or scuffing the car's finish. I try to stay out of range of other's doors when possible, but the car has 18k miles, so some of that is to be expected. The original tires have a little less than half of their lifespan left (I ran snows during the winter, preserving the summer tires). The car was subject to a cam position sensor service bulletin, which caused a check engine light but no other problems. Since having that service done by the Toyota dealership, the car has been completely trouble-free.
Features
It has no additional features beyond the base features for the car, but you really don't need anything - it's very well equipped. Unusually for a base model 2013 car, though, it has the touch-screen radio instead of the mechanical switches and knobs - I thought it was a mistake when they gave me the car, but I'll take it. The car has Bluetooth audio and hands-free phone integration, USB audio, floor mats, and a leather-wrapped steering wheel and shift knob.
History
First owner, purchased from a Scion dealership in Watertown, MA when I lived in Somerville. I moved to New York shortly after buying it, and the car has been garaged in Park Slope, Brooklyn ever since. Driven occasionally in the winter, but mostly summer duty, and all highway miles for road trips. It hasn't been over-revved, launched from a standing start, and is a lot of fun to drive through the twisties.
