DESCRIPTION
Dear Bidders,
Up for sale is 2010 Scion tC 2 door hatchback. This vehicle has a salvage title. Speedometer shows mileage 52, 019 but for some reason on title there is a note not actual mileage. We drove this car in the parking lot, engine runs nice.
Car has total of 6 airbags, all of them are good, and also all seat belts are good. There are no warning lights in the speedometer area. Car has AM/FM/CD/MP3 radio. Power windows, power mirrors, and power door locks work. Steering wheel has some wear. Trunk has several big but not deep dents, it is almost impossible to see in pictures. Moonroof shade has a rip, please see picture. Sun visors are with mirrors. Car comes with 1 key with buttons.
Windshield is good. Wheels have some curb rash. Tires are two same kind and other two are different. Three tires have about 90% tread left. What you see in the pictures is what you will get. If you are really interested in the car, don’t wait till the auction end, we can end auction earlier with buy it now price, please call us or email.

Out of state buyers

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Buyer is responsible for delivery. We will do our best to assist you with it. We assume no responsibility for damages occurring after leaving our premises. Any damage claims arising from shipping are between buyer and shipping company.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
A non-refundable deposit of $200.00 (Paypal, bank wire) must be transferred within 24 hours of the auction’s end. Buyer must contact us by phone within 48 hours. The balance due is payable within seven days from the auction’s end. Paypal is only accepted for the initial deposit, not for the balance due. IF A DEPOSIT IS NOT RECEIVED, THE VEHICLE MAY BE RE-LISTED OR SOLD TO ANY OTHER POTENTIAL BUYER. WE DO REPORT NON PAYING BIDDERS TO EBAY. Full payment must be received and funds must be cleared before the vehicle leaves our premises.
