My Scion xB is in great condition and is a pleasure to drive. Prior to this year, it lived its entire life in California, so it's only had to endure one New England winter.
The car exterior looks great, with only a few minor defects:-A decently large dent on the top of the passenger side front door-A decently large dent on the bottom of the driver side back door-Hubcaps are pretty scratched up-The back latch has broken off. I taped in back on and it's not difficult to find a cheap fix for this. But I just took it to a Toyota dealer and was quoted $200 for parts and labor to completely fix it. So not an expensive fix if you want to fix that.
The car interior is in excellent condition. Its also a surprisingly spacious vehicle and comfortably fits 5. I've also been able to haul medium-size couches/etc. by putting the back seats down.
I have a full additional set of Arctic Claw winter tires that I will include for free. These tires were bought this winter so the treads are still excellent. With these tires, driving in the New England winter is no problem at all.

This car was originally owned by my grandfather, who passed it to my father, who passed it to me. It has been well taken care of by all three of us.
