DESCRIPTION
Dear Bidders,
Up for sale is 2010 Scion xB 5 door hatchback. This vehicle has a salvage title. Mileage is 72, 767. Car starts and runs, can be test driven in the parking lot. Speedometer area has only one warning light on – air bags.
There are 2 air bags deployed: passenger side front seat air bag and passenger side roof air bag. Car has AM/FM/CD/MP3 radio, it works. Car comes with 1 key that has buttons for keyless entry. All windows and driver door mirror work. Driver mirror glass is broken.
Windshield is cracked. All tires are the same brand General Altimax and have about 95% tread left. Car comes with jack and spare tire. What you see in the pictures is what you will get. Out of state buyers

We reserve the right to cancel the auction at any time if the car is no longer available for sale for any reason.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Buyer is responsible for delivery. We will do our best to assist you with it. We assume no responsibility for damages occurring after leaving our premises. Any damage claims arising from shipping are between buyer and shipping company.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
A non-refundable deposit of $200.00 (Paypal, bank wire) must be transferred within 24 hours of the auction’s end. Buyer must contact us by phone within 48 hours. The balance due is payable within seven days from the auction’s end. Paypal is only accepted for the initial deposit, not for the balance due. IF A DEPOSIT IS NOT RECEIVED, THE VEHICLE MAY BE RE-LISTED OR SOLD TO ANY OTHER POTENTIAL BUYER. WE DO REPORT NON PAYING BIDDERS TO EBAY. Full payment must be received and funds must be cleared before the vehicle leaves our premises.
