ERA 289 Slab side with five bolt 289 motor
This is ERA 3001 one of the first slab side cars produced by ERA
Car was built by Cobra Restores to be period correct . Here are some of the features:
Powder coated chassis
Jag rear end with 308 gear
Five bolt 289 with hipo cam
Correct Galaxy T-10 transmission
Correct dash with Stewart Warner gauges
Leather seats
Correct 289 shifter handle with rebuilt Ford shifter
ERA front suspension and steering
Kidney bean wheels with knock offs
Correct early 289 badges
The car has only 700 miles on it and is in excellent condition. It is very period correct and a pleasure to drive. You do not see many slab side Cobras but tons of 427 Cobras.
ERA has a great reputation and there is around a year wait for a new car. You can’t build a new ERA for the reserve and there is no waiting. Car is titled as 1964 Ford Roadster so no registration worries.
