Description:

Hi What we have here is the Factory Five MK4 Cobra that was built on Power Nations Detroit Muscle TV show in 5 days by 5 talented and well known women. The women where hand picked to pull off this build in 5 days. The crew consisted of Jo Coddington Broadcast celebrity from American Hot Rod and the wife of the late great Boyd Coddington, Cherie Lynn Westrich, formally of 'Overhaulin', Karen Salvaggio, an SCCA, NASA regional & national road race champion, Nan Gelhard, Director of advertising at Summit Racing, and Courtnie Provencher, a Tech at Factory Five. These women got together and not only built a car in 5 days but built a masterpiece. This car was built with top brand parts. This car has a powder coated frame and suspension. The engine is a 351 Ford crate engine bored and stroked to a 427 that makes an impressive 535 HP. It has the old school look with modern day reliability thanks to the Edelbrock Pro Flow EFI that breaths through custom made x pipe style headers going to the side pipes. The transmission is a TKO 500 5 speed. The rear axle is a Ford Racing 8.8 straight axle with 3:31 Posi gears connected to the chassis with Factory Five's 3 link suspension. This MK4 is equipped with Willwood brakes all the way around. 13 in the front and 11.65 in the rear. This car has power steering. The suspension is accompanied with KONI 3012 doudle adjustable coil overs. The car is sitting on a custom set of wheels done by Christopher Coddington from Hot Rods By Boyd and are wrapped in Toyo Proxes 888 tires. The front tires are 255-35-18, and the rears are 315-30-18. These wheels are one off wheels and give this car a look of its own. The interior of this beauty has leather seats, Simpson harnesses, a custom Kicker Audio powered subwoofer and bluetooth compatible amp. The body of this car was painted in Gloss Black and a set of Wimbledon White stripes was laid down under the gleaming clear coat. The Body work and paint was performed by Carl's Collision in Fall River Ma, who is known for his award winning paint jobs, and this is just another example of that. This car was built in 2014 and has already had its share of being displayed at red carpet events. It started it's life on Power Nations Detroit Muscle TV show, it was on the Hot Rod Power Tour 2014, it was displayed at SEMA 2014, it was present at the 2014 Wisconsin Dells Automania show, it was unveiled at the 2014 Huntington Beach Cruise, and it has been seen at many local events and cruise nights. This car speaks for itself. The body and paint are pristine, and the car runs and drives unbelievable. This is a one of a kind Cobra that will be noticed where ever you decide to drive it. Between the kit and all the high end parts that where put together to build this car there is no way you could build it yourself cheaper than the reserve price. This is a once in a lifetime chance to own a great Factory Five MK4 that will earn you bragging rights at any car show or cruise night you go to. This vehicle will be sold with a Factory Five Certificate of Origin ONLY. The winning bidder will need to obtain a title from his or her own state. If you have any questions feel free to ask. Thanks
