One of the original pocket rockets recently acquired from the estate of the original owner. . 14k original miles. . Unfortunately not the cream puff you may have been expecting but nonetheless an awesome car and find. Still has the 1990 inspection sticker on the windshield. Has sat outside on a concrete pad deteriorating all these years. Everything is original on the car including the Goodyear Gatorback tires that no longer hold air for long. Fluids surprisingly look good (oil and antifreeze) ; I verified that the engine turns over by hand no problem. I have not tried to start the car; I'll let the new owner have this pleasure. Definitely should pull the stale gas out of it etc, All Shelby-specific items intact including dash plaque (car # 321; perhaps a fitting license plate could be BLAST OFF!) , Koni adjustable shocks and struts, Shelby valve cover, interior upgrades (shifter/speedo overlay/steering wheel), Centurion wheels, intercooled turbo and related electronics etc etc. Underhood looks good - wiring appears great but some vacuum line repairs needed on the pass side inner fender . Car is weathered - paint baked, rubber cooked, stripes coming off etc etc. Car is nice and straight with decent bumpers and ground effects.. Seats and door panels very nice. Some plastic panels deteriorating. Dash is split. Drivers side rear cargo panel missing along with hatch carpet. Car rolls free as the rear brake shoes were backed off and front pads totally removed. Rust-wise, the rear hatch is pretty bad. Underneath, the drivers-side floor bracket that runs parallel to length of car is really bad but it looks decent elsewhere. Most of it looks pretty decent all things considered. This could definitely be saved or is a phenomenal parts car as a lot of it is in great shape. The car has not been apart or tampered with so it is a great reference point plus all components have such low mileage this is a real find to the right person. All Shelby tags, badges, stickers present. Has the original Shelby 1-owner title (most switch to Dodge after changing hands) along with owners manual and Shelby supplement. Has 4 sets of keys. Have the original window sticker too although it is badly faded. I was told by the family the car had an issue early on where it stalled in traffic or something similar so the owner brought it home and parked it. ...Feel free to call / text me (Steve) with any questions @ 585-329-9362.
