All Petrol and Patina Vehicles are pre-owned and sold “AS-IS” with no warranty or guarantee.
No verbal promises or guarantees – everything must be done in writing and signed by a representative from Dallas Auto Collective.
Buyer will receive copies of all paperwork after the transaction.
Vehicles older than 10 years and/or have more than 100, 000 miles will be sold as mileage “Exempt”.

Any legal proceedings from either party will take place in Dallas County, Texas.
A $500 deposit will hold a vehicle for 48 hours. The $500 deposit is required for all transactions and must be made within 24 hours.
Deposit is NON REFUNDABLE.
Deposits can be made via PayPal or any major credit card (subject to 3% processing fee) over the phone. Final payment must be made in the form of Cashiers Check, Bank Financing, or Cash in person.
Customer must make contact with Petrol and Patina within 24 hours of purchase.
