12, 055 Miles Very Clean Just ServicedHere is a real clean example of a Smart Car Passion model. Our customer bought it directly from Mercedes Benz. I had it inspected by our local Smart center for damage or previous damage. They said it was very clean. It has the Auto Check with buy back protection. We also had is serviced. We are disputing the Carfax and Auto Check because it says it was in an accident. We figured it probably had an airbag light go on and the person had it towed to the dealership. It has no signs of damage, but we like to disclose anything we know about the items we sell. Here are some specs: Multi-point fuel injection-8.7gallon fuel tank-Power (SAE): 70 hp @ 5, 800 rpm; 68 ft lb of torque @ 4, 500 rpm-ABS Braking-4.530:1 axle ratio-Brake assist system-Two-wheel disc brakes-Electronic brake distribution-Electronic traction control (via ABS & engine management)-Immobilizer-Electronic Stability Program (ESP) stability control-Independent front strut suspension with stabilizer bar and coil springs, semi-independent rear beam suspension with coil springs- It has the clear panoramic glass roof with sliding cover, equipped with remote entry/alarm system, power windows and power locks, am-fm stereo. The service writer said it was a very nice car. The in service date was November 2, 2012 so the warranty has another 38, 000 miles or 16 Months of Smart factory warranty-->whichever arrives first. Drives really well looks great. There is some minor of fading on the left rear that we will polish. Owner's books and manuals with one remote key. Tires are good, no smoking or pets. It looks to be very well cared for.
