1949 Studebaker Truck Project truck. Model 2R17, 2 ton, Serial Number R17 002852. Rebuilt GMC 6 cyl 292 engine, Casting number 3921970. Motor starts and truck drives around the barn yard as of February 8, 2016. I made a YouTube video of the truck running and moving around barnyard, ask. 2 speed rear axle, dual rear wheels, 4 speed manual transmission. David Bradley lift and power brake system in place that need service. Clear title, Original Pink slip. Total length 19’6”. Trailer away, buyer arranges shipping.

Some dents,see pictures, minimal rust, no door handles, seat is not original though it fits, no door glass. Brakes ok but need bleeding and existing vacuum assist could be serviced and used. David Bradley lift mechanism could be put back in service. Tires hold air. Can be driven onto trailer. Overall height 80", overall width 82" to fender outsides, Front tire to rear tire center line 12'6", overall length front to real 19'6".” |
